Principal activities of the company

The principal activity of the Company during the reporting period was the provision of general, specialist and client support services. The Company's activities included the delivery of services to customers supported, where required, by subcontracted service providers, specialist contractors and third-party service providers. The Company operates under the following Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code: 96090 – Other service activities not elsewhere classified

Additional information

During the reporting period, the Company continued to develop its service operations and generated turnover of £1,405,000. Cost of sales amounted to £803,490, resulting in gross profit of £601,510. After administrative expenses of £98,350, the Company recorded operating profit and profit before taxation of £503,160. Corporation Tax for the reporting period amounted to £125,790, resulting in profit after taxation of £377,370. No dividends were declared or paid during the reporting period and the profit generated during the period was retained within the Company. At 31 July 2026, the Company held total fixed assets of £666,360, comprising intangible assets of £135,000 and tangible fixed assets with a carrying value of £531,360. Current assets amounted to £1,072,098, comprising trade debtors of £136,000, cash at bank and in hand of £686,098 and prepayments of £250,000. Creditors falling due within one year amounted to £134,691. The Company also had a Director's loan of £700,000, classified within creditors falling due after more than one year. Total net assets at 31 July 2026 amounted to £903,767. During the reporting period, the Company acquired additional tangible fixed assets at a cost of £480,000. No depreciation was recognised on these newly acquired tangible assets during the current reporting period, as the assets had not yet been brought into use at 31 July 2026. The Company also acquired intangible assets at a cost of £135,000. No amortisation was recognised on these assets as they were not yet available for use at 31 July 2026. Issued ordinary share capital amounted to £55,000 at 31 July 2026. Retained earnings brought forward from the previous reporting period amounted to £471,397. Profit after taxation of £377,370 was generated during the current reporting period and no dividends were declared or paid. Closing retained earnings therefore amounted to £848,767, resulting in total shareholders' funds of £903,767. The Director has reviewed the Company's financial position, available cash resources, working capital requirements and expected future activities. At 31 July 2026, the Company maintained positive net assets of £903,767 and cash at bank and in hand of £686,098. Based on this review, the Director has a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. The Company intends to continue developing its general, specialist and client support service activities. Management will focus on developing customer relationships and commercial opportunities while maintaining appropriate control over service delivery expenditure, administrative expenses, liquidity and working capital.

  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Revenue represents amounts earned from general services, specialist services and client support services provided during the reporting period. Revenue is recognised when the relevant services have been provided and the Company's performance obligations have been satisfied.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation and impairment losses. Depreciation is charged on a straight-line basis over the estimated useful economic life of the relevant assets. Existing tangible fixed assets are depreciated over an estimated useful economic life of three years. Depreciation of £54,782 was recognised during the current reporting period in respect of tangible fixed assets brought forward from the previous reporting period. Additional tangible fixed assets acquired during the current reporting period amounted to £480,000. No depreciation was recognised on the tangible fixed asset additions of £480,000 during the reporting period as the assets had not yet been brought into use at the reporting date. Depreciation will commence when the assets are brought into use.

    Intangible fixed assets amortisation policy

    Intangible assets are stated at cost less accumulated amortisation and impairment losses. Intangible assets acquired during the reporting period amounted to £135,000. No amortisation was recognised during the reporting period as the intangible assets had not yet been brought into use and were not available for use at 31 July 2026.
