Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
Basis of preparation

These financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Going concern

The company has net liabilities of GBP 1,778 at the balance sheet date. These arise entirely from amounts owed to the director, who has confirmed his continuing financial support. The accounts have therefore been prepared on the going concern basis.

Expenditure

Expenditure is recognised in the period in which it is incurred. Costs incurred before incorporation in connection with the formation of the company have been recognised in this first accounting period.
