Directors' responsibilities:

• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;

3. Directors’ benefits: advances, credit and guarantees

Advances

The joint directors' loan account is repayable on demand and interest is charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 per director at the official HMRC rates.

At 1 December 2024 the balance owed from the directors was £32,843. During the year, the company made advances to directors amounting to £63,593 and received repayments of £131,604 leaving a balance due from the directors of £nil.

At 1 December 2023  the balance owed from the directors was £81,087. During the year, the company made advances to directors amounting to £35,837 and received repayments of £84,081 leaving a balance due from the directors of £32,843.
