The company's registered number is 04792795 and its registered address is 2nd Floor, Heathmans House, 19 Heathmans Road, London, SW6 4TJ. 2 Accounting policies The principal accounting policies applied in the preparation of these financial statements are set out below. These policies have been applied consistently to all periods presented, unless otherwise stated. 2.1 Basis of preparation of financial statements The financial statements have been prepared under the historic cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Section 1A of Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland' (FRS 102) and the Companies Act 2006. The Company's functional and presentational currency is the Pound Sterling. 2.2 Revenue Revenue is recognised to the extent that it is probable that the economic benefits will flow to the Company and the revenue can be reliably measured. Revenue is measured as the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. The following criteria must also be met before revenue is recognised: Rendering of services Revenue from a contract to provide services is recognised in the period in which services are provided in accordance with the stage of completion of the contract when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

A defined contribution plan is a pension plan under which the Company pays fixed contributions into a separate entity. Once the contributions have been paid the Company has no further payment obligations. The contributions are recognised as an expense in the Income statement when they fall due. Amounts not paid are shown as accruals in the Balance sheet. The assets of the scheme are held separately from the Company in independently administered funds. 2.5 Taxation Tax is recognised in the Income statement except that a charge attributable to an item recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. In this case, the tax is recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity respectively.
2.6 Tangible fixed assets Tangible fixed assets are initially recognised at cost. Cost includes the purchase price and any costs directly attributable to bringing the asset to the location and condition necessary for it to be capable of operating in the manner intended by management. Subsequently, tangible fixed assets are measured using the cost model. Under the cost model, tangible assets are measured at cost less any accumulated depreciation and any accumulated impairment losses. All tangible fixed assets are considered to have a finite useful life. Depreciation is calculated to allocate the depreciable amount of tangible fixed assets to their residual values over their estimated useful lives on the following bases:

Loans receivable are measured initially at fair value, net of transaction costs, and are measured subsequently at amortised cost using the effective interest method, less any impairment. 2.8 Cash and cash equivalents Cash and cash equivalents include cash in hand, deposits with financial institutions repayable without penalty on notice of not more than 24 hours, other highly liquid investments that mature in no more than three months from the date of acquisition and bank overdrafts. Bank overdrafts, where applicable, are shown within 'Creditors: amounts due within one year'. 2.9 Creditors Short-term creditors are measured at the transaction price. Other financial liabilities, including bank loans, are measured initially at fair value, net of transaction costs, and are remeasured subsequently at amortised cost using the effective interest method. 2.10 Dividends Equity dividends are recognised when they become legally payable. Interim equity dividends are recognised when paid. Final equity dividends are recognised when approved by the shareholders at an annual general meeting. 3 Judgements The preparation of the financial statements requires management to make judgements, estimates and assumptions that affect the amounts reported. These estimates and judgements are continually reviewed and are based on experience and other factors, including expectations of future events that are believed to be reasonable under the circumstances. The assets of the scheme are held separately from those of the Company in an independently administered fund. Contributions totalling £1,164 (2024: £1,283) were payable to the fund at the balance sheet date and are included in Other creditors. 9 Purchase of own shares During the year, the company purchased and cancelled 210 of its own ordinary shares at a total cost of £115,273 (representing an average price of £549.92 per share). The nominal value of the shares cancelled was £0.21 (210 shares at £0.001 per share). In accordance with the Part 18 Chapter 4, Companies Act 2006, an amount equal to the nominal value of the shares cancelled, being £0.21, has been transferred to the capital redemption reserve. The premium paid on cancellation of £115,272.79 has been charged directly against retained earnings. Following the cancellation, the company's issued share capital has been reduced accordingly. No treasury shares are held by the company in respect of this transaction. 10 Capital redemption reserve

Throughout the year, total withdrawal of funds amounted to £65,222 (2024: £74,119), with total deposits of £63,335 (2024: £70,503). The outstanding balance is unsecured, repayable on demand and not subject to interest. Included within the year end creditors balance is an amount due from the company to Ms S Coetzee of £2,786 (2024: £4,500). Throughout the year, total withdrawal of funds amounted to £12,000 (2024: £12,000), with total deposits of £10,286 (2024: £13,500). The outstanding balance is unsecured, repayable on demand and not subject to interest. Included within the year end creditors balance is an amount due from the company to Ms M Oliver of £2,786 (2024: £4,500). Throughout the year, total withdrawal of funds amounted to £12,000 (2024: £12,000), with total deposits of £10,286 (2024: £13,500).
