1.	Accounting Policies Basis of accounting The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 105 Financial Reporting Standard for Micro Entities (effective January 2016).

2.	Average number of employees Average number of employees during the period was 1 (2024: 2).

3.	Director's Advances, Credits and Guarantees At 30 September 2025 the director owed £7,090 to Chesm Limited £(£9,726 as at 30 September 2024). The loan is interest-free, unsecured and has no set repayment terms.

Director's Responsibilities:

For the period ended 29 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the period in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions.
