At the year end the company had a non cancellable operating lease, with payments of £2,333 (2024: £9,333) remaining after 30 November 2025.

At the year end there were net liabilities of £22,530 (2024: net assets of £2,314) however there was a balance due to the director in excess of the net liabilities, therefore the accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis. The director consents that the balance due to the director will not be withdrawn to the detriment of other creditors.

The company prepared management accounts to 31 March 2025 which showed reserves of £37,685. On 3 April 2025 the director declared the payment of an interim dividend of £36,000, which was within the capacity of reserves available for distribution. Subsequent to payment of the dividend, trading levels unexpectedly deteriorated and losses have been sustained of £26,529. These losses therefore result in negative reserves of £22,630 at 30 November 2025.
