These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Additional Disclosures
The accounts for the year ended 29 November 2024 were prepared under FRS 102 (Section 1A). On transition to FRS105 the financial statements have been restated from 30 November 2023 to reflect the simplified accounting rules of FRS105, including removing deferred tax. Following restatement capital and reserves at 29 November 2024 is £1,241 (previously £753).
