2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
The loan is short-term and repayable on demand. The total balance of advances outstanding as at 30 November 202 was £274 and was repaid on 31 January 2026.
3 Guarantees and other financial commitments
The company has a hire purchase agreement with Armada Credit Group for equipment, secured on the asset concerned. At 30 November 2025, the amount outstanding under this agreement was £26,378 (2024: £31,034).
Restatement of comparative figures: The comparative figures for the year ended 30 November 2024 have been restated. The prior year accounting for this hire purchase agreement incorrectly recognised the asset and liability and have now been adjusted. The comparative figures presented reflect the correct treatment, with retained earnings brought forward adjusted accordingly.

For the year ending 30 November 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
