Company activities and impact

During this financial year, Studio 4 Dance CIC continued to provide accessible, high quality performing arts opportunities for children and young people in our community. Our programme of classes, workshops, and performance experiences supported the development of confidence and wellbeing, ensuring that young people of all backgrounds could engage in meaningful creative activity. Our work this year also focused on pursuing a new progression route in performing arts through the development of accredited education pathways in partnership with SCL College. By widening access to training and reducing financial and social barriers, Studio 4 Dance CIC has continued to create positive community impact, offering a safe, supportive environment where young people can grow, achieve, and feel connected.

Consultation with stakeholders

Studio 4 Dance CIC consults regularly with its key stakeholders, including students, parents and carers, teaching staff, partner organisations, and community groups. Consultation takes place through ongoing conversations, feedback, parent meetings, and direct communication during classes, workshops, and events. Feedback received throughout the year has informed decisions around class timetables, workshop provision, safeguarding practices, and the development of new accredited progression routes in partnership with SCL College. This ongoing engagement ensures our activities remain responsive to community needs and continue to provide meaningful benefit to the young people we serve.
