During the financial year we have undertaken various activities in pursuit of our company objectives. Our activities have benefited the community in the following ways: We worked extensively across Lambeth and Southwark with community members, NHS, Council and local organisations to understand the ESG requirements of local people, whilst co-developing ESG solutions that can increase financial resilience, wellbeing and broader sustainable outcomes. We continued to work with stakeholders to develop a straightforward and consistent way to measure sustainability performance. We continue to work with organisations to report consistently on ESG matters so individuals have access to information to allow them to compare an organisation’s practices against their priorities. We started to develop a new financial model and approach to drive capital to place-based projects in the UK; aiming to drive significant economic, social and environmental value to communities across the country.
We asked 100s of people their ESG and sustainability preferences through our proprietary tool. We ran a number of workshops (more than 15) to engage stakeholders in sustainability and ESG; really understanding their needs, values and priorities. We worked very closely with 40 community leaders over the whole year to co-design sustainability solutions that matched the wider communities' needs.
The total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £52,453.32
