Principal activities of the company

The directors present this report and the business/management accounts of the company for the year ended 30 June 2026. The company continued to develop its community-focused consultancy, social work, organisational development, feasibility, partnership and related social-enterprise activity during the year. Trading income recognised in the current working accounts for the year is £8,901.86. These accounts are prepared as a clear business-account summary for review and evidence purposes. The statutory balance sheet and Corporation Tax return remain subject to final reconciliation and filing. Director during the reporting period: Chukumeka Allan Maxwell Hannah Gleeson became involved in developing the company's Welsh work during the year and was formally appointed as a director on 6 July 2026, after the reporting period.

Company activities and impact

During the financial year ended 30 June 2026, Consulting and Soulutions CIC provided community-focused consultancy, mentoring, social-work expertise, suicide-prevention and wellbeing development, feasibility work and partnership support. The company's activities benefited the community by: supporting individuals, families, community organisations, charities and social enterprises through mentoring, professional advice and collaborative development developing preventative and relationship-centred approaches to wellbeing, suicide prevention, children and family support and community social work undertaking feasibility and partnership work in Wales to explore future community-based wellbeing, nature-based and residential support services developing Ohana Support as an approach to relationship-centred community support, mentoring and preventative practice developing lived-experience and narrative approaches through Ohana Media and Publishing, including Stories That Inspire and Heal building partnerships and bringing together professional expertise, community knowledge and lived experience to help develop sustainable community solutions

Consultation with stakeholders

The company consulted individuals and families, people with lived experience, community organisations, charities, social enterprises, professional colleagues, advisers and potential community and public-sector partners. Consultation took place through meetings, ongoing conversations, feasibility discussions and partnership development. Feedback and lived experience helped shape the company's work in areas including suicide prevention, wellbeing, community social work, cultural responsiveness, trauma-informed approaches and future service development. The company seeks to develop solutions with communities rather than for them.

Directors' remuneration

Director remuneration of £2,055 was identified in the current accounting records for the financial year, subject to final confirmation against the statutory accounts and payroll records.
