Subsequent to the balance sheet date, the company completed its initial funding round, receiving investment from a leading UK venture capital firm and a group of experienced angel investors. Having considered the funding received and the company's expected requirements, the directors believe that the company has adequate resources to continue as a going concern for at least 12 months from the date the accounts are authorised.
