    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover comprises the fair value of the consideration received or receivable for the sale of good and provision of services in the ordinary course of the Company's activities. Turnover is shown net of sales/value added tax, returns, rebates and discounts.

Company activities and impact

Community sports has been operating martial arts classes in various disciplines in over 35 locations. The benefit to the communities where as follows: - We have enabled over a thousand children to learn various skills which are transferable to other parts of their lives which will have a positive impact on both their families and their communities. - The spaces we have operated in have given a safe, secure and encouraging environment for the students to learn, to practice, and to develop, culminating in over 3 thousand gradings being passed in the same period. - Our centres and schools have provided employment to 12 staff members and over 50 self employed instructors. - We have operated and hired from schools and charitable locations.
