In the last year funding was received from the National Lottery Community Fund, Leeds City Council, Sport England, and Flutter/Sported. We delivered menopause & midlife health education and support events, courses, and projects within South West Leeds, and within the wider Leeds area, both in person and online, and also 2 online home exercise projects supporting women age 40-60 and 60-70.
