During the financial period Bridlington ARM CIC provided all aspects of administration including arranging maintenance, inspection and testing and compliance visits to a Housing Association’s stock that specialises in providing homes for adults with learning disabilities and SEN ensuring they have secure, safe well maintained homes. Also, utilising a community hall belonging to the same association, Bridlington ARM CIC setup clubs for adults with learning disabilities, a coffee and cake club, and an arts and crafts club on separate days advertised to both tenants of the association and the wider community. This benefits a number of regularly attending adults from both the housing association and wider Bridlington community that do not attend regular Monday to Friday services adding structure and meaning to the days they attend. Bridlington ARM CIC also during the period ran an internet radio station as a community engagement tool and a means of advertising and marketing the groups mentioned above as well as local events and community services.
