2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Turnover policy
Turnover represents amounts receivable for services provided during the period. Revenue is recognised when the services have been performed and is measured at the fair value of consideration receivable.

Other accounting policies
Share capital
The company has 1,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 each, fully allotted and issued, giving nominal share capital of £1.00.

Directors' loans and other creditors
At 31 December 2025, the company owed £5,005.25 to a director through a director's loan account. This balance is included within creditors falling due within one year.

The company also had an interest-free loan of £2,449.00 from a director, repayable on 1 January 2028. This balance is included within creditors falling due after more than one year.

Other creditors falling due within one year amounted to £11.29.
