The company adopted FRS 105 with effect from 1 January 2024, being the date of transition and the first day of the comparative period. The only adjustment arising on transition was the removal of a deferred tax liability of £21,494 previously recognised under FRS 102 1A. This resulted in a corresponding increase in opening profit and loss reserves of £21,494. No other transition adjustments were required.
