During the year, the company entered into an agreement relating to the transfer of business assets. Under the terms of the agreement, the consideration payable is contingent on the future performance of the transferred activity. At the date of approval of these financial statements, the amount of consideration receivable cannot be determined with reasonable certainty, as it is dependent on future trading results. Accordingly, no amount has been recognised in these financial statements in respect of the contingent consideration. Any amounts receivable will be recognised in the period in which the entitlement becomes reasonably certain and the amount can be measured reliably. The directors do not consider that this event requires adjustment to the figures reported in these financial statements. | ||||||||||||||
