3.	Directors Advances and Creditors At 31 May 2026 , the director owed Santa Cruz Consulting Services £16,053.20. The loan is interest bearing, unsecured and has no set repayment terms.

Director's Responsibilities:

For the year ended 31 May 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
