| At the beginning of the year, there was a loan due from the directors of £14,227. During the year £36,750 was repaid and a further £26,222 was advanced to the directors. The balance at the year-end was £3,699. The loan was fully repaid by the directors within 9 months after the year end. This loan was unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand. |

| The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
