Over the year the company has continued to deliver a wide range of health and fitness programs designed to tackle health, wellbeing and social issues within the communities we work in. Our programs are designed to provide accessible and inclusive opportunities for individuals to become more physically active and create healthier lifestyles. With this we aim to create a positive attitude to exercise and learning which we hope will help individuals to reach their potential. Alongside the physical benefits we understand that it can also improve mental health, self-confidence and self-esteem. We continue to work closely with local authorities and local health groups to identify areas of need and develop appropriate programs in response.
Our primary stakeholders are community groups, local authorities, public sector agencies and local community members. We understand the importance of maintaining a positive relationship with these stakeholders and ensure that their views and experiences help us to shape the services that we deliver. We have consultations in place throughout the year through direct engagement with stakeholders, discussions with partner organisations, feedback from participants and observations made during delivery. During the sessions participants are encouraged to provide feedback on their experiences, including what they have found beneficial, any challenges they have encountered and areas in which they would like to see improvement. The feedback received is reviewed and used to inform the planning and development of future activities. By working with stakeholders we are able to strengthen our programs , improve engagement and ensure that our activities benefit wider health, wellbeing and community objectives. Our approach to stakeholder consultation is therefore an ongoing process rather than a one-off exercise.
