5 Going concern basis
Amounts due to the director and group undertakings will not be repaid until the cash circumstances of the company permit. The director accordingly believes that these accounts are correctly prepared on the going concern basis, notwithstanding the net liabilities disclosed in the balance sheet at 31 March 2026.
6 Controlling party
Mr A A Waugh, the sole director of the company, owns 100% of the ordinary shares of the company and is the ultimate controlling party of the company.
The company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies for the year ended 31 March 2026.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
