At 30 June 2025, the company had a loan of £13,928 to M. Butler, a director, and a loan of £13,928 to A. Butler, a shareholder. Interest was charged on the outstanding loan balances at 3.75% per annum until the loans were repaid in full on 30 April 2026. At 30 June 2026, no amounts were outstanding in respect of either loan.
