Consultation with stakeholders

Our service users continue to guide Solidaritech’s activities, and this year we have improved our processes to further centre them. We also encourage referring partners, who are the source of 90% of our referrals, to advocate for their clients to ensure they receive the most appropriate device for their needs. To ensure our service users are able to be heard, we have added another Arabic speaking staff member to the team this year. We have also begun to run digital skills classes for our service users, in order to ensure that service users are able to keep themselves safe online
