  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Computer equipment is depreciated on a straight-line basis over its estimated useful life of 3 years, with depreciation charged monthly. This results in an annual depreciation rate of 33.33%.

    Other accounting policies

    The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts. Basis of preparation The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets

Company activities and impact

During the financial year, the company provided support to vulnerable members of the community by assisting them in securing and maintaining suitable accommodation.
