| As at the balance sheet date, the company had an outstanding loan balance of £230,887.63 due from its directors and had already paid Section 455 tax at the rate of 33.75% on the outstanding balance. During the period, £115,000 of the loan was repaid, and interest was charged at 3.75% on the average annual outstanding loan balance. |
