  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, net of discounts and value added taxes. Turnover includes revenue earned from the sale of goods and from the rendering of services. Turnover from the sale of goods is recognised when the significant risks and rewards of ownership of the goods have transferred to the buyer. Turnover from the rendering of services is recognised by reference to the stage of completion of the contract. The stage of completion of a contract is measured by comparing the costs incurred for work performed to date to the total estimated contract costs.

Company activities and impact

The company runs regular seminars in different locations within UK, particularly in London where the emphasis is laid on creating awareness and providing training on “truth about drug education. The aim is to create awareness on the use of drugs, the good and bad of its usage and the impact it has on society. For the financial year ended 30 November 2025, the company did engage in a very minimal activity.

Consultation with stakeholders

The Company's stakeholders are women from ethnic minority resident in the UK and mainly the women in London mostly from African Community. The interaction with members helps to build live around mothering and working to support family and community. Members are exposed to variety of untapped opportunities available and what they can do to improve their lives. We seek a lot of information from members by way of interaction after seminars and find out challenges be faced them. The gathering of such information helps us to know which experts to invite for seminar presentation. This is also creating a platform for most members to engaged in socialisation. Members are given the opportunities to give feedback on programmes organised since the aim of the company is to ensure the members attention is drawn to dangers involve in taking drugs and the associated impact on people’s life if abused. The continuous excitement and euphoria expressed by members are seen as bunch mark for future growth.
