Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro- entities Regime.

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company made advances to

, the director, totalling £35,991. Repayments of £35,991 were made by 30 November 2025 and so the balance at the year end 30 November 2025 was nil. Where applicable, interest is charged on overdrawn loan accounts at the rate of 3.75% per annum, loans are repayable on demand.
