The company engaged with stakeholders, including local community organisations, residents, potential employees, freelance contributors and funders, to shape design initiatives and activities. This allowed local people to lead and participate in training workshops and events, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds. This involvement and collaboration ensured our mission aligned with community needs; for instance, we organised around storytelling and food to bring the community together and give local talent the skills they need.
