For the financial year ending 30 November 2025 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;
• The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements;
• These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime;

Advances

At 01 December 2024, the balance owed by the directors was £656. During the year, £960 was advanced to the directors, and £1,907 was repaid by the directors. At 30 November 2025 the balance owed to the the directors was £291.

At 01 December 2023, the balance owed by the directors was £536. During the year, £10,570 was advanced to the directors, and £10,450 was repaid by the directors. At 30 November 2024, the balance owed by the the directors was £656.

The Directors loan account is repayable on demand and interest has been charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 at the official HMRC rates.
