Notes to the financial statements:

1. Average number of employees

   During the year the average number of employees, including directors, was 1 (2024: 1).

2. Directors advances, credit and guarantees

   During the year the company advanced £2,486 to the director. The advances were interest-free, unsecured and repayable on demand. At 30 November 2025, £2,486 remained outstanding. No amounts were repaid, written off or waived during the year. No guarantees were provided.

For the year ending 30 November 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The income statement has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies in accordance with the special provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.
