    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods and services, excluding value added tax.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life Office Equipment is depreciated using the reducing balance method at 20% Plant and Machinery is depreciated using the reducing balance method at 20%

    Intangible fixed assets amortisation policy

    Amortisation is provided on all intangible assets over 6 years

Company activities and impact

We have been promoting healthy eating and physical activity, with the aim of raising awareness and helping to reduce the risk factors associated with heart disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity and other health conditions. By collaborating with a diverse range of health organisations, local sports trainers and other services, and through the delivery of learning-based programmes, At The Spring CIC aims to support underserved and economically disadvantaged communities. Our activities focus on developing a greater understanding of the important connection between the food we eat, physical activity and our mental and physical wellbeing. By increasing awareness and knowledge, we aim to help individuals make healthier and more nutritious dietary and lifestyle choices, supporting improved physical and mental health within our communities.
