At the start of the year the directors owed the company £89,778. During the year further advances of £132,875 were made to the directors and repayments were made of £143,527 by the directors.. The amount due to the company from the directors at the end of the year was £79,125.

The directors received dividends post year end which were credited to the overdrawn directors' current accounts.

No interest is charged on the directors' current accounts and these are considered to be repayable on demand.
