The members present their report with the financial statements of the LLP for the period 28 November 2024 to 31 March 2026.

INCORPORATION

The LLP was incorporated on 28 November 2024 and commenced trading on 8 April 2025.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY

The principal activity of the LLP in the period under review was that of hiring out of construction equipment.

RESULTS FOR THE PERIOD AND ALLOCATION TO MEMBERS

The profit for the period before members' remuneration and profit shares was £10,256.

MEMBERS' INTERESTS

The members participate fully in the firm's profit, share the risks and subscribe the firm's capital.

An individual member's capital requirement is linked to their share of the profit and the financing requirement of the business. There is no opportunity for appreciation in the value of capital subscribed. Capital introduced by new members and capital repaid to retiring members is done at par.

The drawings policy of the LLP allows each member to draw in advance a proportion of their annual profit share in twelve monthly instalments, subject to the cash requirements of the business and the agreement of the other members. Each member is responsible for the payment of their respective tax liability based on their final profit share for the year.

Undrawn profits at the end of the year may be drawn in subsequent periods subject to the cash requirements of the

business and the agreement of the other members.

The LLP is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 as applied to LLPs by the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008 for the period ended 31 March 2026.

The members acknowledge their responsibilities for:

(a)	ensuring that the LLP keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 as applied to LLPs by the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008 and

(b)

preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the LLP as at the end of each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 as applied to LLPs by the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the LLP.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to LLPs subject to the small LLPs regime.

2.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the requirements of the Statement of Recommended Practice, Accounting by Limited Liability Partnerships. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover

Turnover represents the hire of construction equipment excluding sales taxes

Turnover is recognised over time as the performance obligations from contracts for weekly hire are fulfilled.

Tangible fixed assets

Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off the cost less estimated residual value of each asset over its estimated useful life.
