Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 30 November 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    All property, plant and equipment (PPE) is stated at historical cost less depreciation. Cost of an item of PPE includes both its purchase price and any directly attributable costs that were required for the asset to be prepared and made available for operational use. Depreciation, based on a component approach, is calculated using the straight-line method to allocate the cost over the assets estimated useful lives, as follows: '- Plant and machinery: 10% annually on cost

    Other accounting policies

    Income and expenses are recognised in these financial statements on an accruals basis. Foreign currency - The financial statements have been prepared in GBP, the reporting currency of the Company. Assets and liabilities in foreign currencies are translated into GBP at the rate of exchange ruling at the balance sheet date whilst transactions in foreign currencies are translated into GBP at the rate of exchange ruling at the date of the transaction with any gains or losses on currency exchange recognised in the profit and loss account. Taxation - Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the profit and loss account where applicable, although current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date.
