1.	Accounting policies

	Statutory information
	The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. The address of the registered office is The Pharmacy, 37 Lynn Road, Snettisham, Kings Lynn, PE31 7LR, Norfolk.

	Statement of compliance
	The financial statements have been prepared in compliance with FRS 102 Section 1A as it applies to the financial statements for the period and there were no material departures from the reporting standard.

	Basis of preparation
	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, the financial reporting standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard).

	Revenue from sale of goods
	Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable for goods supplied and services rendered, net of discounts and Value Added Tax. Revenue from the sale of goods is recognised when the significant risks and rewards of ownership have transferred to the buyer (usually on despatch of the goods); the amount of revenue can be measured reliably; it is probable that the associated economic benefits will flow to the entity; and the costs incurred or to be incurred in respect of the transactions can be measured reliably.

	Tangible fixed assets and depreciation
	Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost or valuation less depreciation. Depreciation is provided on all tangible fixed assets as follows:

Chemist Ltd and £22,947 (2024: £24,364) to The Chemist Shop Ltd. The companies are related as Mr. Benjamin Ampomah is also a director in these companies.
