| Going Concern: At 30th November 2025, Net liabilities of the company exceeded it's net assets by £39,234 (2024 £34,223) The Company owes it's bankers £11,330 (2024: £15,243) and it's director's £77,905 (2024: £85,210) and is based on this continued support that the company relies to continue trading as a going concern. The accounts are therefore prepared on this basis. |

| The director is satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
