The principal activities of the company during the financial year were the provision of youth mentoring, personal development, and wellbeing programmes for young people. These activities were designed to build confidence, resilience, emotional awareness, positive decision-making skills and healthy relationships, while supporting young people to fulfil their potential.

Company activities and impact

During the financial year, Rise & Thrive Youth Mentoring C.I.C. continued to support children, young people and families through mentoring, personal-development activities and educational support. The company’s work focused on helping young people develop confidence, resilience, positive decision-making skills, emotional awareness and healthier relationships. Activities were designed to provide young people with safe and supportive spaces in which they could express themselves, receive guidance and develop skills that would support their personal, social and educational growth. Where appropriate, parents and families were also supported to better understand and respond to the needs of their children. Through these activities, the company contributed to improved wellbeing, stronger family and community relationships, increased confidence and more positive aspirations among the young people and families it served
