This year our care home has made a meaningful difference in the community by creating a warm and welcoming space that brings people together across generations. We strengthened bonds with local schools, churches and volunteer groups, providing young people the opportunity to learn from our residents’ wisdom was giving our residence joy and purpose through companionship.
