2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Other accounting policies
Prior period restatement: the 2024 comparative figures have been restated to correct the carrying amounts and current/non-current classification of loans, the VAT position, and to recognise equal section 455 tax recoverable and payable. The corrections improved opening reserves by £3,677; the section 455 asset and liability had no effect on reserves.
