2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

The accounts have not been prepared on a going concern basis. It is intended that the company will cease trading and that an application will be made for it to be struck off the register and dissolved. No adjustment to the carrying value of the company's assets or liabilities was required as a result.
