The company's principal activities during the year were the planning and delivery of creative arts education and enrichment programmes for children and young people in Haringey and Enfield. This included after-school clubs within primary and secondary schools and holiday provision during school breaks. Young people participated in structured activities such as visual art projects, arts and crafts, textile design, sewing, and fashion design workshops. The organisation remained committed to improving access to high-quality creative opportunities by providing free or heavily subsidised sessions for children from low-income households and those with SEND, helping to reduce barriers to participation and promote inclusion within the local community.
The company's stakeholders include children and young people aged 5 to 19, parents and carers, school partners, youth service, funders and staff members. The company regularly consults with stakeholders through questionnaires, skills audits, one-to-one discussions, group forums and informal verbal feedback. These methods enable participants and partners to share their views on the quality of activities, learning experiences, service delivery and the impact of programmes on skills development and wellbeing. Feedback gathered through these consultations is reviewed and used to improve and develop the company's programmes and working practices. The company also works closely with schools and funding partners to adapt and tailor activities to meet the identified needs of participants, helping to ensure that services remain inclusive, engaging and responsive. Information obtained through stakeholder consultation is also used to demonstrate impact and support funding applications, enabling the company to sustain and expand its community benefit activities.
