COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

OUR POWER HUB CIC

Company Number: 12297562 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 30 November 2025

Company activities and impact

Our Power Hub CIC (OPH) is a community interest company operating from North Kensington and serving the wider Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and neighbouring London boroughs. During the year ended 30 November 2025 the company continued to pursue its community interest objects through an integrated programme of health and wellbeing, arts and culture, technology and digital inclusion, careers and employment training, and music-based therapeutic activity. OPH exists to improve quality of life for a community that continues to live with the consequences of the Grenfell Tower fire and with entrenched inequality in health, income and digital access. Its distinctive contribution is that it is peer-led and community-trusted: activity is designed with residents rather than for them, and delivered by people from the community it serves. This enables OPH to reach residents who do not engage with statutory or mainstream voluntary provision. All activity in the year was provided to beneficiaries free of charge or at a subsidised rate, and access was open to all members of the community regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief. The company’s asset lock was observed throughout; no assets were applied otherwise than for the benefit of the community.

Consultation with stakeholders

OPH consulted its stakeholders continuously throughout the year ended 30 November 2025. Consultation is embedded in the company’s peer-led model rather than conducted as a separate exercise: activity is proposed, shaped and reviewed in direct conversation with the residents who take part in it, and formally with funding, statutory and health partners.

Directors' remuneration

Directors’ remuneration for the year ended 30 November 2025 totalled £20,000. Full details are disclosed in the notes to the company’s annual accounts for the year ended 30 November 2025. One of the directors is paid as admin/manager (full time ) to manage and coordinate the company's activities.
