COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

ARISE GLOBAL WOMEN FOR CHANGE CIC

Company Number: 12690400 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 30 June 2026

Company activities and impact

During this financial year, Arise Global Women for Change focused on strengthening its capacity to support women and families in the community. The organisation dedicated the year to understanding the issues affecting local women and identifying the most effective ways to respond. This work involved researching community needs, examining barriers to wellbeing, and reviewing gaps in existing support services that limit opportunities for empowerment and inclusion. To guide this process, AGWFC held structured planning meetings and reflective retreats. These sessions enabled the team to clarify the organisation’s purpose, assess potential initiatives, and explore partnerships that could enhance future impact. They also helped members develop a shared direction and improve coordination, ensuring that upcoming programmes are grounded in real community priorities rather than assumptions. Although the year did not include direct service delivery, the activities undertaken have benefited the community by laying a solid foundation for meaningful future support. By investing time in research, consultation, and strategic development, AGWFC is now better equipped to introduce programmes that promote confidence, wellbeing, and social participation. This preparatory work ensures that the organisation’s future activities will be targeted, effective, and capable of creating lasting positive change for the women it aims to serve.
