The company runs a website with the purpose of sharing knowledge among communities focused around particular topic areas. Between December 2024 and November 2025, has benefitted the involved communities in the following ways: - Implemented improved ‘contact us’ features arising from the online safety act risk assessment for reporting and handling of illegal or harmful content, if such content were to be uploaded to the website by a user. - Made a number of improvements to commenting, searching and sorting, improving the ease-of-use and navigability of the website. - General software improvements for more functionality and ease of use, including better performance and error handling, improving the community/user experience and fulfilling community requests.
We have an email address for general questions. Github, a meta site and internal software are used to track and organise issues and feature requests made by the various stakeholders as relevant. We have identified four main groups of stakeholders, which may have some overlap with each other: - Developers: Communication is done via Github, a Discord server and an additional ‘community’ site. This doesn’t change the aims of the functionality of the website, although has helped define how development is and will be done and has been used to update the roadmap for the future development of the site. - Moderators and users: Communication is done via chat and the meta site. This has led to approximately 250 major and minor changes, ranging from bug fixes, clarifying exactly how wanted features (e.g. improvements to the commenting process) should work, as well as adding new features to the site design (such as improvements to searching and sorting functionality and various user interface fixes). - External communities with a private instance: Communication is done via Github, a Discord server and the same meta site as the users. This has led to bug fixes, improved customisability and supporting single sign on.
