You Glow CIC is a thriving peer support social enterprise that provides safe spaces for women and girls from marginalised and disadvantaged communities. We offer workshops and social prescribing activities focused on peer learning, coaching, counselling, and holistic health to support mental wellbeing and personal growth. Our aim is to empower women and girls with the tools they need to care for their mental health and build brighter futures. Since our inception, we have supported many, including survivors of domestic abuse, teenage girls at risk of harm or exploitation, and those facing severe mental health challenges.
