1. Accounting Policies
The financial statements have been prepared using the historical cost basis in accordance with International Accounting Standards (IFRS).
2. Principle Activity
The company holds a residential property. The property is rented out and generates rental income.
3. Property Valuation
The property is recorded in the financial statements at its historical acquisition costs.
The property was acquired on 11 February 2022 for £310,000. Stamp duty and legal costs were expensed in 2022.
4. Loan
The company obtained a loan from its shareholders to fund the property acquisition. The loan attracts interest with no specific or agreed obligation to repay the principal debt.
5. Income
