2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
At the start of the year the company had a balance owing to the director amounting to £79,589, the balance at the 30th November 2025 was £57,800 owed to the company by the director, both loans are repayable on demand and interest is charged at the relevant rate.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
