Company activities and impact

Over the past year, the company continued to run its group-based programmes focused on emotional wellbeing, self-awareness and personal development. These sessions provided a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore emotional challenges, develop practical coping tools and strengthen interpersonal relationships. Alongside the core group work, we invested in training, materials, wellbeing activities and appropriate facilities to support the quality and effectiveness of the programme. We also introduced awards to recognise progress and encourage continued personal development. The activities continued to have a positive impact on participants, with individuals benefiting from improved confidence, stronger emotional awareness and a greater sense of connection and belonging. The programme also helped reduce isolation and encouraged more open discussion around emotional wellbeing within the community.

Consultation with stakeholders

Throughout the year, we continued to engage regularly with tutors, advisers and participants. Tutors provided ongoing feedback which helped shape the content and delivery of sessions, while participant feedback allowed us to adapt the programme to changing needs. The advisory structure also continued to provide oversight and guidance, helping ensure that the company’s activities remained aligned with its community purpose and continued to deliver meaningful benefit.
