2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Other accounting policies
Prior period adjustment: The comparative figures for the year ended 30 November 2024 have been restated to recognise bank balances, bank charges and amounts advanced to the company by the director which were omitted from the financial statements previously filed for that period.
